Villa Esmeralda

We were absolutely thrilled when our college-student grandson said he wanted to spend his spring break with us. In full disclosure, my husband Steve and I are on St. Barth for the season, so just maybe this gorgeous island was almost as much of a draw as seeing Grandmère et Grandpère but nonetheless . . . and he wanted to bring his roommate. Before we knew it, his mom, my daughter Kim, was on board and I was looking for a 3 bedroom villa to rent for the week.

As luck would have it, one of my favorites, Villa Lilu, was available—I knew the boys would love the crescent-shaped infinity pool and Kim would be sure to love the gorgeous eclectic décor and the spectacular view as much as I did. We had a fun-filled week and made wonderful memories. I hope you’ll read my blog to learn more about our family vacation and a hike we think you would enjoy. I would love to help you plan a spring break for you and yours.

I hope to see you and your family on the island!

Villas of St. Barth

We are pleased to welcome the following villas into our portfolio.

Villa Titan (3 bedrooms)
Chic and contemporary in style and décor, Villa Titan fits nicely into the island’s tony Pointe Milou neighborhood. It lays claim to a sweeping view of the Caribbean Sea, treats guests to fiery, spectacular sunsets and is just a short stroll to the 5 star Hotel Christopher. Parfait for a feet-in-the-sand lunch, a romantic dinner or a nightcap. There are three equally sized en suite (queen) bedrooms: a sleek kitchen, a comfortable living room and an indoor dining area complete the picture.

Villa Esmeralda (3 bedrooms)
Contemporary, colorful and comfortable, Villa Esmeralda is located in popular Côte d’Azur-like St. Jean, with its bustling shops, bistros and beach scene. It has three (queen) en suite bedrooms and a bunkroom that sleeps four with its own adjoining bath and a separate entrance. The main level encompasses the kitchen, an air-conditioned living room and dining area and outdoor living space.

The lovely and popular Villa Genia now has a new relationship with the nearby Hotel Guanahani & Spa. Upon arrival, guests of St. Barth Properties are walked over by the villa’s manager for an introduction and the opportunity to set up an account (credit card on file) that will allow them to sign for food & beverages and other services. Guests also enjoy complimentary use of the beach chairs and umbrellas and tennis courts based on availability.
