Villas of St. Barth
We are pleased to welcome the extraordinary Villa Venus to our portfolio!
The Villa Venus experience begins the moment the gate slides open revealing the private road weaving its way along the tropically landscaped grounds under a canopy of trees. The old-world colonial feel is tangible and enchanting. This is a one-of-a kind vacation home. Classic Caribbean in style, stone steps on either side lead to a porticoed entrance that opens to a spacious, breezy living room and beyond to a covered terrace, the pool deck and a sweeping spectacular view of the sea. The living room connects to the kitchen via an interestingly shaped nook that is equipped to serve as an office, butler's pantry and wet bar. The ideally designed compact kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances and all the tools of the trade. Guests delight in the view of Lorient Bay and the neighboring islets from almost every vantage point. A magnificent oval-shaped infinity pool is the focal point of an expansive bi-level deck that offers ample outdoor living space. Poised at the deck’s edge, a louvered bungalow houses a cool, quiet hideaway for reading, TV viewing or just plain relaxing with your iPad. Venus’s mid-level includes a dining pavilion with a wet bar, food preparation area and a BBQ. Its four bedrooms include three equally sized on the main level offering vistas of the sea. All have king beds and beautifully appointed en suite baths. The fourth en suite king bedroom is privately located below the dining pavilion. It features a separate entrance and adjacent parking.
Hotels of St. Barth
It’s summer so bring the kids to St. Barth! Our villa & hotel specialists have some great hotel recommendations:
The Hotel Guanahani & Spa, in addition to two pools and two beaches, has a comprehensive kids program. There’s Kindergarten for the younger set (2-6 yrs), which provides a taste of French culture and language and loads of fun and games. The Juniors Club for older kids (6-12) offers swimming, water sports and volleyball. Available daily 9-5 with a lunch from the Kid’s Menu at the Indigo Restaurant.
The luxurious beachfront Hotel Taïwana offers a Kids Club throughout the month of August from 3 pm-6 pm daily for children ages 3 and up and a weekly kid’s cooking class. For a great value, book the Family by TAÏWANA PACKAGE, which includes free access to both the club and class; half-board for children up to age 12, including a 3-course meal with a beverage; unlimited access to the mini-bar (water, juice and sodas for the kids and beer and wine for Mom and Dad); a car for the family to explore the island and more. Babysitting is available at a reduced rate. And gorgeous Flamands Beach? Priceless.
Les Ondines Sur La Plage sits right on the beach at Grand Cul de Sac, and the warm, shallow lagoon makes for a perfect swimming hole for kids, especially little ones. Snorkeling equipment and kayaks are on-site and complimentary. There is the delightful fish-shaped swimming pool where when you push a button, voilà! you have a waterfall. Each of the spacious suites has a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for families. And, oh yes, there is daily maid service.
Lunch with the Kids – St. Barth Style
Head to Grand Cul de Sac for two terrific lunch options where you can enjoy a leisurely and breezy feet-in-the-sand meal (literally) and the kids can swim pre- and post. O’Corail is a classic beach shack facing the lagoon: hamburgers, Mahi-Mahi burgers, salads and fresh fish are all on the menu. Just next door, La Gloriette offers daily blackboard specials that include fresh fish (caught by one of the owners, a professional fisherman), huge delicious salads and Créole specialties. Try the salt-cod fritters. The adjacent Ouanalao Dive Center offers diving excursions, Jet Ski tours and snorkeling as well as the rental of stand-up paddleboards, kayak and paddleboats.

The villa (Mon Cheri) is very kid friendly in that we can close a large area and have it air-conditioned. Nice pool and view. We had short walks to Form Fitness most mornings for a workout. Short walk to Santa Fe last night. A quick drive to Gouverneur. The villa is in a great location, has a great setup and great price. We have loved it! And it's our first vacation with a baby. So it’s different than our other 9 visits, but still wonderful.
Villa Mon Cheri
I commend your team on their professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and overall customer service. They earned the accolades and have our eternal gratitude for providing us with another wonderful trip to (St. Barth) our favorite home away from home.
