The charming and beautiful Villa Ylang Ylang, with a view of the sea at Flamands, is one of the island’s prettiest. The living room which is brightened by a big picture window overlooking the rear gardens features a comfortable sectional sofa; sliders open to the terrace and the pool. The indoor dining room is adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen and BBQ area making it perfect for nights when guests choose to cook in and spend a relaxing evening at home. The outdoor spaces, which center around a sparkling heated pool ensconced in an expansive sun deck, include a covered dining terrace - perfect for poolside lunches - and an additional comfortable living area.
The master bedroom looks out to the pool; it has a king four-poster bed and an en suite bath. An additional connecting bathroom also connects to the dining room and serves as a guest bath. The second bedroom with an en-suite galley style bathroom is located next to the living room; its king bed can convert to twins making it suitable for older children. The air-conditioned fitness room includes an elliptical machine, free weights, treadmill and massage table. A third sleeping area with a bath, only suitable for a teen or nanny, is located below the villa and is available on request. Villa Ylang Ylang is very near Flamands Beach (2-3 minute’s drive) and is a delightful vacation home.

This elegant villa offers a formal dining room; the two en suite bedrooms are nicely private, located on opposite sides of the pool.

WOW! What a wonderful time we had on the island . . . YOU and the St. Barth Properties team were a BIG part of the reason! From the moment we were greeted at the airport, we were whisked away to our villa like VIP's: The villa was fresh and ready, thanks to our sweet villa host, Christiane and she kept it freshened up everyday! We also truly enjoyed the gorgeous fresh flower arrangement, the snacks in the frig above and beyond what we had ordered, a the bottle of champagne, water, etc.!! What a wonderful way to start our vacation! Our concierge, Aurelie, was easy to work with, she patiently answered a lot of questions, followed up with us as necessary, and made dinner reservations for us flawlessly! She also helped me pull off a "SBP Picnic" lunch surprise for my hubby, but instead of on a beach, she helped make arrangements for it to be delivered poolside at our villa! Did I mention we'll most definitely book our villa next time with the SBP Team again? We truly felt like VIP throughout our stay! We've been coming to the island over the past 15 years, but SBP truly blew it out of the water for us! And, thanks Allegra, for all the work you did ahead of time to get our trip started!!

Hello ! Our stay was more than excellent.... beyond expected! Was really nice trip for our girls too... they enjoy a lot. Visit most of the lovely beaches, next time hope to visit the natural pools ! We are thinking going back on December, but I think is high season... it possible to find some nice villa at a good price ? We have in mind to travel near Dec 29 to Jan 5? Just keep me posted. Once again thanks for your excellent service , hope to see you again.
