The comfortable living room with terracotta floors and dining area opens to the pool area and ocean view. The indoor dining area offers seating for up to 6 guests.
Both fully air-conditioned bedrooms open to the pool, and have 4-poster mahogany queen-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. A deck and loungers surround the pool for either sunbathing or reading poolside. The house also has WiFi and high-speed Internet, a charcoal barbecue, a safe, and a U.S. satellite TV.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 6 and older.
