Villa Panama, also known as WV CLG, is a contemporary 5-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within minutes of the beach and shopping. This multi-level villa offers exquisite views of the ocean and landscape.  The main living room, which has a cathedral ceiling and large flat-screen TV, opens to a terrace with an outdoor living area facing the view. Located adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, breakfast nook, and roll away kitchen block. A unique feature is the nearby billiard table, which converts into a large dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests.   The master bedroom is located off the living room through an office area with central air and a wine cooler. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with his and her showers, and a pop-up flat-screen TV.  Three bedrooms are located on the lower level and have queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. The fifth bedroom was recently added and is an apartment with a private entrance, kitchen, terrace, queen bed and en-suite bathroom.  A cinema room on the lower level offers an ideal spot for indoor entertainment next to the full bar with color-changing lights. A well-equipped fitness room completes the lower level, which opens to the deck and heated pool with jets. The fully air-conditioned house also has WiFi, beach accessories, parking, and U.S. and French satellite TV.   Villa Panama comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children 10 years and older.
