This stunning six bedroom villa is optimally situated above St. Jean Beach and lays claim to panoramic vistas. Constructed on two levels with soaring ceilings, it’s one of the island’s most exciting vacation homes and parfait for an extended family or a gathering of friends. An expansive main-level deck offers a wealth of comfortably furnished outdoor living space, an outdoor movie screen, and one of the island’s largest pools, measuring 108 ft., and it’s heated.

Neo is air-conditioned throughout, and its spacious first floor encompasses two kitchens (one being a chef’s kitchen), a living room, an adjacent media room the can be closed off, and a disco-style "nightclub." Two bedrooms (one a master suite) are on opposite ends of the living area and have direct access to the deck. A third bedroom, located in the back, has a garden view. A dramatic glass staircase leads to the upper level where there are an additional master suite and two connecting guest bedrooms, all with ocean views and their own terraces. All six bedrooms have beautifully appointed en suite baths; the masters have elegant soaking tubs and oversized dressing rooms.

Additional special features include a fitness room. Parking is ample, and guests have the option of taking an elevator to the first and second floors. There’s a menu of TV services (all bedrooms have TVs) U.S. and French satellite and Apple), there is Bluetooth stereo, and the latest in technology including a Home Assistant to control devices via an iPad. Villa Neo’s proximity to St. Jean’s village full of restaurants and boutiques and popular beach is a bonus.
