La Petite Sereine

Villa La Petite Sereine, also known as WV LPS, is a modern 5-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou within minutes of the beach and shopping. This luxury villa offers sweeping sunset views as it sets behind the west tip of St. Barth. The spacious living room with sectional sofa and marble table can be opened to the covered, outdoor living area furnished with sofas and chairs for watching the sunset. The covered terrace also offers a large dining table with seating for 10 guests. Outside the well-equipped, modern kitchen is an outdoor grill area complete with counters, a large gas grill, and second dining table.   The villa offers 2 heated pools (a large lap pool on lower level and smaller pool on upper level). Both pools offer privacy, while comfortable loungers surround the upper level pool for sunbathing.   Two bedrooms are located on the main level with 3 additional rooms on the lower level. Each bedroom has air-conditioning, a queen-size bed, and ensuite modern bathroom with shower and double vanity.   The lower level bedrooms can connect, which is ideal for parents with young children or teenagers. These bedrooms have separate access. Located off the living area is an office, which can also serve as a small bedroom for staff.   Villa La Petite Sereine comes with a chef, housekeeping and daily turndown service, laundry service, and a rental car. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
