Villa Au Petit Pont is a charming three bedroom villa with a prime Lurin location and boasts a sweeping view of St. Jean Bay and the yachts moored at the edge of the harbor.
The living room and dining area open to a covered porch where guests can enjoy alfresco meals or simply relax. The porch stairs lead down to a lovely terrace where an oversized pool is flanked with chaises.
Two of the bedrooms (king and a twin) and a bath are one side of the villa and the master bedroom (king), and second bath, on the other. A mezzanine level glassed in media room is just the spot for catching up on DVDs, playing games or simply listening to music and gazing out to the sea and the sunset.
Villa Au Petit Pont is an ideal choice for either sharing couples or a family.
During the December holidays the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
