Hillside in Pointe Milou, the contemporary 4 bedroom Villa Summertime offers a St. Barth villa vacation experience at its finest – complete with panoramic sea views and the Caribbean’s famed sunsets.
A sleek kitchen with a wine cooler and a breakfast bar is incorporated into the main living space. Spacious, chicly comfortable, and fully air-conditioned, it opens via glass sliders to the expansive deck with its infinity pool, shaded al fresco dining area, and delightful breezes.
The 4 bedrooms, all en suite, include a master, located on the lowest level, and one, a level up; both have private entrances. Two equally sized bedrooms are located on the main level and on opposite sides of the living area. Each opens to the deck and have king beds. And all have Apple TV's and at least partial ocean views.
A location bonus is proximity to the 5-star Christopher Hotel, for dining and spa services.
During the December holidays the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
