Villa Abby is a stunning, contemporary 3-bedroom villa located in Vitet, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and nearby islands.
The villa is thoughtfully designed on a single level, with the heated pool and its spacious sundeck situated below, making it ideal for families and couples traveling together.
A newly-extended deck in front of the dining area and guest rooms adds extra space to soak up the sun during the day or enjoy a quiet drink under the stars at night.
At the heart of the villa is a covered dining area, featuring comfortable chairs that invite guests to relax with a drink while taking in the refreshing breezes and spectacular views. The living room, located at the back, features a large sectional around the entertainment center, while the adjacent new, modern, open kitchen ensures a seamless flow for socializing and cooking.
The villa’s bedrooms are thoughtfully placed for privacy and comfort. The master bedroom is located behind the kitchen, while the other two bedrooms are situated on the opposite side of the living area. All three bedrooms feature contemporary décor, king-size beds, closets, and recently-renovated en suite bathrooms with showers.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, Villa Abby rents at full occupancy rates regardless of the number of bedrooms used.
