Villa Alpaka is a spacious 4-bedroom contemporary villa on the hillside above the Cheval Blanc hotel in Flamands.
Just a short ride from the beautiful beach of Flamands or to Gustavia on the other side of the hill, Villa Alpaka is in a great location.
With generous living space and four nearly equal bedrooms, this is an ideal vacation villa for families or several couples traveling together.
The large modern kitchen has a gorgeous wooden breakfast bar underneath a skylight, with a more formal dining table indoors. The large open living room has two separate seating areas, one centered around an entertainment center and the other with comfortable sofas in front of the terrace. The living room also has both U.S. and French Satellite TV.
A villa-wide terrace, with seating in both the sun and shade and the outdoor dining room surrounds the large infinity pool. Each bedroom also has a small private terrace.
The master bedroom is situated next to the living room on the main level, while the second bedroom is on the lower level right below the master, with a third adjacent to the second. The fourth bedroom is also on the lower level and is accessed via a separate staircase. All bedrooms can be arranged to have two full twin beds that can be separated or pushed together to make or a U.S. king-sized bed. Each bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with shower.
A 3-car covered parking area keeps cars out of rain and sun, which can be very convenient to keep the top down on your convertible, plus a 4th parking spot just before the gate.
During high season guests receive access to the Form Fitness sports center and complimentary breakfast of fresh baguette and pastries.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
* Villa requires a 2 week minimum in August.
