Villa Anakao, (villa code: WV MBL), is a 2-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within minutes of 2 beaches and shopping.
This villa has Asian décor and features a contemporary design using exotic wood furniture. The living room opens onto the terrace and pool but also has sliding glass doors and screens. At the back, the well-equipped kitchen has modern appliances.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and ensuite bathroom, and opens onto the terrace and the pool. The second bedroom is located at the entrance and has a king-size bed and a separate bathroom. This bedroom does not have a view.
An optional third bedroom is located off the mezzanine and perfectly set up for children. This bedroom is available for an additional weekly fee.
The terrace opens to the countryside view and surrounds the pool. The house also has WiFi, a flat-screen TV with French and U.S. satellite.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
