Welcome to Villa Cap au Vent, a newly-renovated 3+1-bedroom luxury retreat equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect. Perched on the tip of Pointe Milou in St. Barth, this villa offers some of the most breathtaking views in the Caribbean.
From its elevated clifftop position, guests are treated to panoramic 270-degree vistas of the ocean and nearby islands, including Île Toc Vers, Île Frégate, Île Bonhomme, and La Tortue, with St. Martin and Anguilla visible in the distance. Whether it’s a sunrise, migrating whales, or a golden sunset, Villa Cap au Vent offers a front-row seat to nature’s wonders.
Conveniently located, the villa is just a short drive from Lorient and Marigot Beaches, while the restaurants and boutiques of St. Jean are only 10 minutes away.
The villa’s interiors are chic and contemporary, dazzling in white with touches of Caribbean flair. Vaulted ceilings, clean lines, and accents of ocean hues create a soothing, beachside atmosphere.
The living room is bright and airy, featuring a Smart TV with a Sonos sound system for movie nights. Screened windows maintain the flow of light and fresh breezes, with blue accents mirroring the surrounding ocean views.
The fully-equipped kitchen is warm and inviting, perfect for preparing gourmet meals. For added convenience, the concierge can arrange grocery delivery, catered meals, or private chef services for special occasions. Villa Cap au Vent features four bedrooms, each with air conditioning, en suite bathrooms, and luxurious Italian linens. The glamorous shops and dining options in St. Jean are a quick 10-minute drive, and the capital, Gustavia, is only 20 minutes away.
