Villa Captiva is a spacious 5-bedroom retreat in Marigot, offering direct access to the protected bay, complete with a private beach and pontoon.

This newly-built villa, spread across multiple pavilions, blends classic Caribbean charm with luxurious, high-end furnishings. The open-concept kitchen and living area create an airy and inviting communal space. White wood floors contrast beautifully with Belgian-linen slipcovered sofas, modern black bookshelves, and sleek lines, achieving a contemporary yet relaxed beachside ambiance.

A private enclosed office is located behind the living room, while a loft-style TV room sits upstairs. Just outside, a large shaded terrace houses the dining and seating areas, leading to a stunning heated infinity pool surrounded by comfortable loungers.

The villa’s lush landscaping enhances its tranquil setting, with mature gardens filled with vibrant pink bougainvillea and swaying palm trees. Expansive lawn space, a rare luxury on St. Barts, adds to the villa’s charm.

A staircase leads down to the villa’s private sandy shore, perfect for beachfront dining or barbecues, while the private pontoon offers direct access to the crystal-clear waters of Marigot Bay.
