This striking 4 bedroom villa, originally constructed in the traditional West Indies style of "cases", has been completely renovated and redesigned to meet the needs of sophisticated 21st Century travelers. What remains the same? The surrounding lush tropical gardens, a panoramic seascape that only a Pointe Milou location can deliver, and the Je ne sais quoi of a St. Barth villa vacation.
The main house encompasses a sleek kitchen and a spacious living room that opens to a covered, semi-enclosed terrace furnished for relaxing and dining. Wooden louvers can be closed on those breezier days.
An extra-long heated pool is banked with chaise lounges and umbrellas and an adjacent sunken outdoor living room with cushioned banquettes.
Four en suite bedrooms—two masters, a lovely guest room, and another smaller bedroom suitable for teens or staff* are all housed in separate pavilions. The 2 beautiful master suites include one poised upper level with his-and-hers closets: a private patio, outdoor shower, and a kitchenette.
