Villa Casa Tua is a modern three-bedroom beachfront retreat in Lorient, perfectly positioned in front of the island’s most renowned surf break.
Located just steps from the local bakery and directly on Lorient Beach, this villa offers both the convenience of freshly baked pastries each morning and direct access to the sand and sea.
A gated entrance separates the road from the private parking area. Once inside, the outside world fades away as you step through the open living area onto the back deck, where the rhythmic sound of waves provides a serene soundtrack. With Lorient Beach’s prime surf break just beyond the villa, this is an ideal spot for surf enthusiasts and beach lovers alike.
The villa’s main living space is divided into three sections. On one side, a cozy media room offers plush seating for a relaxing movie night. The central area features two large sectional sofas with uninterrupted views of the pool and ocean. To the other side, the spacious, fully equipped kitchen boasts a large natural stone dining table with seating for eight and a television for entertainment. A Sonos sound system throughout the villa sets the perfect ambiance for any occasion.
Flanked by the three bedrooms, the outdoor space is designed for relaxation. The extended pool and deck offer plenty of room to lounge, while at the far end, a sunken seating area with oversized benches doubles as a space for sunbathing or stargazing. From the deck, stairs lead directly down to the sand. Perched about seven feet above sea level, the villa offers a sense of privacy while keeping the beach just within reach.
Each of the three bedrooms features a U.S. king-sized bed, a TV, and ample closet space. The two master suites face the ocean but remain peaceful and quiet thanks to double windows. The first master suite features an open-concept bathroom with a high-tech glass shower that can turn opaque at the touch of a button. The second master suite has a smaller bathroom with a shower but no window. The third bedroom, located poolside, is slightly smaller but features a spacious bathroom with a shower and a view of the pool.

During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
