Villa Coco de Mer, (villa code: WV CCM), is a modern 2-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within minutes of the beach and shopping.
This villa offers views of the ocean and landscape.
The fully air-conditioned living area is comfortably furnished and connects to a well-equipped, modern kitchen with a bar and 4 stools. The living room opens to a large terrace with an outdoor living and dining area, which comfortably seats 4 guests.
Each bedroom has a king-size bed with mosquito netting and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms are located to the right of the courtyard, which features a cozy seating area, and a small waterfall.
The house also has WiFi, a gated entry, and U.S. satellite TV in the living room and bedrooms. There is a private gate that leads to the huge community pool at Les Terrasses.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. Pets are allowed upon request.
