An enclosed staircase provides passage to the upper level, where a terrace envelops the living area, enabling guests to relish the invigorating breezes and the stunning ocean panoramas. The living room seamlessly connects with the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, flowing towards the discreet outdoor dining and lounging zone, ideal for soaking up the afternoon sun. When night falls, the illumination casts a beautiful glow over the villa and its rock garden.
This villa is well-suited for two couples journeying together as well as families.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
