Villa Felicita is a magnificent contemporary villa decorated by the famous designer Jean-Michel Wilmotte, and is located on the Lorient hillside opposite of the iconic site of "Autour du Rocher." St. Jean and Lorient Beach are just minutes away.
This luxurious 7-bedroom villa is configured over several levels and is ideal for a gathering of family or friends.
Beautifully furnished throughout, the two main (bi-level) buildings are connected by an expansive, view-facing outdoor living space that centers around a gigantic, heated swimming pool. The space includes a bar, a BBQ grill, a sundeck, and a covered terrace furnished for relaxing and alfresco dining. And a foosball game!
A professional kitchen, well-equipped to service 14 guests, is in one building together with a spacious air-conditioned living room. Felicita’s special features include a media room and a fitness room.
The 7 en suite bedrooms include 2 upper-level master suites with water views, 4 guest bedrooms, and one, lower level, with a private terrace suitable for a tween/teen or staff. Privacy is ensured by a coded gate; there is a generator, and several parking spots providing access to the villa.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
