Welcome to Villa Festival, a stunning 2 +1-bedroom retreat in Pointe Milou, just minutes from beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Perched on a cliffside, this elegant property boasts breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and St. Barths' picturesque coastline.
Facing west, the villa’s outdoor terrace offers spectacular sunset views. As the sun dips below the horizon, shades of pink, purple, and gold reflect over the turquoise bays and surrounding islands, creating a mesmerizing scene.
A short drive leads to Lorient Beach, a serene stretch of sand protected by a coral reef, making it one of the island’s best snorkeling spots. In the opposite direction lies the peaceful and charming Marigot Beach.
Inside, Villa Festival blends soothing wooden accents with plush furnishings, creating a warm island ambiance. Large sliding doors seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor living spaces, allowing the Caribbean breeze to flow freely.
The inviting indoor living room features creamy white sofas and ocean-inspired décor, with local artwork adding vibrant charm. A large TV provides entertainment, while open doors extend the space onto the outdoor terrace and pool area.
Adjacent to the living room, the well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances, ready for any culinary endeavor. For added convenience, concierge services can arrange grocery pre-stocking, catered meals, or a private chef for special occasions. The covered outdoor terrace features a dining table for six, perfect for elegant island dinners.
Villa Festival offers three tranquil bedrooms, each with colorful artwork, crisp linens, and an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom, set in a separate cottage, boasts a king-sized bed facing ocean views through large doors. The second bedroom, next to the living room, also features a king-sized bed and opens onto the outdoor terrace. The third, smaller bedroom near the villa’s entrance has its own private terrace and two twin beds that can be configured into a king, making it ideal for teenagers.
A spacious covered terrace invites guests to lounge in the open air, sipping cocktails while taking in the stunning surroundings. From this vantage point, you can admire Île Toc Vers, Île Frégate, and Île Bonhomme just offshore, with St. Martin and Anguilla visible in the distance. Steps lead down to the infinity pool, an irresistible spot for all-day relaxation. Sun loungers line the poolside, providing the perfect place to bask in the island sun. As the day winds down, another set of steps leads to a heated hot tub—an unparalleled spot to watch the sunset in total serenity.
Lorient Beach is just five minutes away, offering calm waters ideal for families. St. Jean’s vibrant scene is a 10-minute drive, while the capital, Gustavia, is 20 minutes away, making Villa Festival the perfect base for exploring the island.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
