Villa Flamands Bay, (villa code: WV FLA), is a 2-bedroom villa located in Flamands within minutes of the beach. With an oval shape, the unique design choice gives this villa its charming character.
The open floor plan of the main living area extends from indoors to the outdoors. An island separates the modern kitchen from a dining table, which is set in the middle of the space and in front of the pool. On the other side is a cozy seating area with a large screen TV.
A stairway next to the small indoor pond leads down to 2 bedrooms, each with a European king-size bed, dressing area, and en suite bathroom with a large shower. Each bedroom also features an outdoor terrace set in a quarter circle.
The small infinity pool stretches out to the middle of the living room and is flanked by 2 quarter-circles of deck, each with loungers. The deck enjoys ample sun and breezes.
Since the property is located on a steep road, a 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended. This villa also comes with U.S. satellite TV and WiFi.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
