Contemporary in design and décor, the spacious living room is air-conditioned and connects to a semi-open kitchen. One of the villa's special features, the air-conditioning-optional kitchen, has a wide "pass-through" to the covered dining terrace that can function nicely as a pool bar. In addition, the dining terrace can be screened.
The pool, extra-long and heated, is enhanced by a waterfall, and the outdoor living spaces include areas above and below the pool deck furnished with chaise lounges and a rear terrace.
There are two masters’ suites, one in a separate pavilion and the other off the living room. A guest bedroom is in the rear. A small bonus room is located between the living room and the guest room. Furnished with a pull-out sofa, it would be suitable for a child or teen. Parking is ample.
