A magnificent six-bedroom villa, Grace is perched high above Anse des Cayes with a panoramic vista of the sea. Accessed by a winding private driveway (its artisanal stonework is beautiful), parking is ample. You have arrived.
An oversized heated swimming pool has a unique interior platform for chaises all facing the view. Outdoor living space includes covered dining and a pool bar courtesy of the kitchen’s oversized pass-through window – guests can "belly-up" or "take a stool". The spacious state-of-the-art kitchen would please a professional chef. A dining area is just adjacent and opens to the living room where glass sliders access a petite rear yard with an additional outdoor living area. Villa Grace celebrates Princess Grace and her image adorns the walls adding a lovely touch.
Four bedrooms have French king beds while two others have king beds convertible to twins. All have terrific views and en suite baths. One is just past the entrance and connects to the living area; a pair are side-by-side with access to a rear garden with pipe showers; these bedrooms share a sea-facing deck. A lower level encompasses an additional bedroom, a fitness room with a half bath, and a wing with two bedrooms that can be configured into twins.
