Villa Grand Large, (villa code: WV GGL), is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa located in Gouverneur. The latest furnishings provide every comfort, while a stylish open-plan design seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor spaces. Natural light illuminates colorful artworks on the wall, while from the outdoor spaces, stunning sunsets await.
Gouverneur Beach is just a short drive downhill, while the beach at St-Jean is a 10-minute drive. The shops and restaurants in Gustavia are less than 10 minutes away. The entryway opens up into an impressive great room, housing a living area, dining table, and kitchen. The entire space flows towards the outside, with stunning views over the water towards the islands of St. Kitts and Saba. The kitchen shares space with the indoor dining area.
There are 3 bedrooms, each a quiet and relaxing space to recharge. Creamy neutrals and natural light combine to create a contemporary feel, with comfortable furnishings promising a fantastic night’s sleep. The master bedroom is located behind the kitchen, with doors that open to the covered dining terrace. Two more bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house, each leading to a wrap-around deck that connects to the pool terrace.
