Villa Isia is ideally located just a short distance uphill from the beach, shops, and restaurants of St. Jean, making it a sought-after destination. The large terrace and infinity pool offer impressive panoramic views from almost every corner.
The living room and kitchen are separate spaces but open to each other, both fully screened to allow natural breezes to cool the house while keeping insects at bay. The modern kitchen features a breakfast bar and an indoor dining table, while an additional dining table is situated outside on the covered terrace.
With bedrooms on either side of the living and kitchen areas, Villa Isia is perfect for families with children and offers excellent privacy for couples vacationing together. The bedrooms are nearly identical, with the master bedroom being slightly larger and equipped with a European king-sized bed, while the guestroom has a queen-sized bed. Each bedroom has his-and-hers closets, an en suite bathroom with a shower, and enjoys stunning ocean views.
Villa Isia includes house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa is rented at the full occupancy rate, regardless of the number of bedrooms used.
