Welcome to Villa Lagon Jaune Estate (villa code: WV AJL), a stunning property combining two villas—Lagon Jaune and Petit Lagon—into a luxurious 6-bedroom retreat. Nestled in the serene Petit Cul de Sac, this estate offers seclusion, tranquility, and style, just steps from the beach and a short drive from shops and restaurants. Villa Lagon Jaune features bright, airy interiors that stay cool and shaded, with doors on multiple sides opening to welcome ocean breezes. The décor is an elegant mix of wooden furnishings, exotic island accents, and minimalist design, creating a calming sanctuary in one of St. Barth’s most peaceful settings.
The estate invites you to unwind and relax, offering ample room to find your private retreat. The central living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa facing the terrace, providing the perfect spot to enjoy the island breeze and the soothing sounds of nearby waves.
Behind the living space is a sleek, modern kitchen with black marble countertops, warm honey-toned cabinetry, and breathtaking sea views. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table on the covered terrace, where you’ll savor spectacular island panoramas. Villa Petit Lagon also includes a cozy galley-style kitchen.
Villa Lagon Jaune offers four spacious bedrooms with a distinct island charm. Three are located on the main level, each featuring a king-sized bed (convertible to twins) and an en suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is separate from the main house, offering a private kitchenette, en suite bathroom, and terrace—perfect for teenagers or a nanny. Villa Petit Lagon adds two more bedrooms, both adaptable to king or twin arrangements, each with an en suite bathroom and private terrace access.
Outdoor living at the estate is simply enchanting. The terrace offers views of Petit Cul de Sac, one of the most tranquil areas on the island, with plentiful seating options in both sun and shade. The inviting pool is sunlit for most of the day, providing a refreshing oasis, while the nearby Petit Cul de Sac beach is ideal for swimming and picnicking.
Guests enjoy complimentary access to the Form Fitness sports center and daily delivery of breakfast pastries, excluding Sundays.
