Villa Lagon Vert is a 7-bedroom villa located in Petit Cul de Sac within minutes of the beach and shopping. This recently built villa is surrounded by wild vegetation and rock.
Inside, the use of wood and stone makes the villa feel warm and welcoming. Upon entering, a turquoise pool amidst basic earth tones attracts the eye. Two bedrooms and the main living area open to the pool, sundeck, and outdoor dining area overlooking the Petit Cul de Sac area.
The living room has ample seating on comfortable sectional sofas. The entertainment room offers technological amenities and a cardio-fitness walker, ideal for a little workout while watching a favorite show or listening to music. At the other end of the villa is the well-equipped kitchen, which opens on both sides to ocean breezes.
Each bedroom has a king-sized bed, (or twin beds upon request) en suite bathroom with a large shower, and a dressing area with a safe. Each bedroom has its own color theme and harmonizes with the villa's gorgeous wooden floors and earth tones.
From the beautiful landscapes to constant breezes, guests can experience the natural surroundings. The house also has WiFi and U.S. satellite TV.
During high season guests receive access to the Form Fitness sports center and complimentary breakfast of fresh baguette and pastries.
During the December holiday, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
