The villa features an open floor plan that includes a cozy living room with a TV, a dining area, and a sleek, L-shaped kitchen. A guest bathroom with a shower is conveniently located on this level. The kitchen opens onto a charming dining portico, which sits next to the heated plunge pool and expansive deck—offering plenty of outdoor living space. Lush tropical plantings provide privacy between the pool area and a sheltered dining nook, while plush chaises overlook the beach. A gated staircase leads directly to the sand, making beach access effortless.
The main level also includes an en suite bedroom with the option of a king or twin beds. Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom features a king-sized bed, an en suite bath, and a private balcony. Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs.
