Villa Minou, (villa code: WV SBM), is a 4-bedroom villa located in Grand Cul de Sac and is a 3-minute walk to the beach and shopping. This villa overlooks the beautiful bay.
The air-conditioned living room and interior dining area are decorated with modern, traditional furniture. On the right, a well-equipped kitchen opens to an outdoor covered dining area with a stunning view of the lagoon.
The 3 spacious bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and open to the terrace which has a view. A fourth bedroom is located in a separate cottage below the main house and has a small kitchenette and an en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed, while two bedrooms have king-size beds.
A large terrace offers both sun-drenched and shady areas around the infinity pool, making this an ideal spot to sunbathe or read in the shade. The house also has air-conditioning and Sonos in the bedrooms, WiFi, a gas grill, a hammock, a stationary bike, and U.S. satellite TV.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used
