This sweet and petite 2-bedroom villa comes with a big sweeping view that encompasses neighboring islands and the aquamarine waters of Grand Cul de Sac. All the "visuals" can be enjoyed from the well-laid-out deck that includes covered sitting, and dining areas and chaise lounges positioned well for sun-seekers. There’s a lovely little pool as well.
Inside Villa La Montagne the décor is pretty and beachy-casual. The air-conditioned living room is nice for relaxing and watching Apple TV and the driftwood-toned kitchen is well-equipped for cooking in.
The master bedroom (queen) has an en suite bath Apple TV and sliders to the deck. The guest (queen) bedroom, also with Apple TV, has an adjacent bath. An easy access driveway and ramp make coming and going a breeze.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
