Named for legendary crooner Frank Sinatra’s signature anthem, this unique five-bedroom villa in Colombier would be the perfect 21st-century dig for the Rat Pack.

Luxury galore complete with a living room graced with a grand piano and a giant screen and video projector. There’s a sweeping view of the Caribbean Sea, and the soundtrack is provided by Sonos and a collection of LPs and of course CDs for the latest tunes.

The five en suite bedrooms are named for celebrated mid-century singers Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., Elvis Presley, Paul Anka, and the amazing Nina Simone. All have king (French) beds, sumptuous linens, and his and hers dressing rooms. Retractable (underfloor) TVs have DVD players and offer French and U.S. satellite service.

The kitchen is equipped with high-end, professional-grade appliances and a wealth of culinary accouterments ideal for a chef or a gourmet cook. A bright yellow Lego dining table on the covered terrace seats 18 and provides a touch of whimsy and a pop of color to the villa’s muted palate and sophisticated minimalist décor. A remote-controlled screen is a nice option for al fresco dining. Amenities include a gas BBQ.

The expansive outdoor living space includes a view of Flamands Beach, a Jacuzzi that spills over into the main heated infinity pool (The second is a wading pool), and a large comfy retro couch for relaxing and martini-sipping. In the evenings, the dramatic lighting beautifully showcases the contemporary architecture. An underground garage can accommodate eleven cars so there’s always room for an entourage.
