This chic and contemporary 4 bedroom villa celebrates its Pointe Milou location’s stunning seascape, with its naming – Only View. Guests enjoy it from the living room, the spacious poolside patio, and 2 of the bedrooms. Fiery sunsets are a visual super-bonus.

An open, airy (and air-conditioned) interior includes a sleek kitchen with an island breakfast bar and adjacent living and dining areas. The minimalist modern décor is enhanced by a soothing white and sand tones palette.

Three bedrooms are accessed from the main room: two rooms have King sized bed and an ocean view, and the third bedroom has a Queen Bed but does not have a view. The fourth bedroom has a King bed, limited views, and is situated on the lower level, accessed from the outdoor stairway.
