Welcome to Villa Palm Beach, a stunning 5-bedroom retreat nestled along the shores of Lorient Bay in St. Barth. This exquisite waterfront villa is one of the island’s most luxurious vacation rentals, featuring contemporary interiors with sleek hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and thoughtfully curated décor and artwork.
Situated just a short walk from the beach, Villa Palm Beach offers a spacious waterfront terrace where you can unwind while gazing at the scenic views of Île Toc Vers, Île Frégate, and Île Bonhomme. The vibrant restaurants and boutiques of St. Jean are only a five-minute drive away.
Step inside to discover the villa’s airy and elegant great room, which seamlessly blends a stylish living area, a gourmet kitchen, and a dining space with a large table. The living room is furnished with plush sofas, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or curling up with a good book. A large flat-screen TV provides entertainment for movie nights.
The fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing gourmet meals, whether you’re cooking yourself or taking advantage of our concierge services, which can arrange grocery pre-stocking, catered meals, or a private chef for a special occasion. The dining table seats up to eight guests, making it an excellent setting for elegant dinner parties. If you prefer dining al fresco, a second table on the covered terrace allows you to enjoy meals with a backdrop of the shimmering Caribbean waters.
Villa Palm Beach features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for ultimate comfort and tranquility with plush king-sized teak beds. Four of the bedrooms are located in the main house, with two on either side of the living room. These rooms offer stunning views over the pool and Lorient Bay, with the hills rising beyond the water. The fifth bedroom is in a separate bungalow at the rear of the property, complete with a king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, kitchenette, and a private terrace with a dining area. This space is ideal for teenagers or a nanny accompanying young children.
Outdoor living at Villa Palm Beach is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Host a sunset cocktail hour on the outdoor sofas, spend a day lounging by the infinity pool, or fire up the gas grill for an island-style barbecue.
The infinity pool takes center stage, flanked by sun loungers and surrounded by lush gardens that offer complete privacy. Swaying palm trees add to the tropical ambiance, while hammocks provide a cozy spot to drift away in the gentle breeze.
To the right, a shaded gazebo with a luxurious daybed is the perfect place to unwind with a book or simply escape the hustle of everyday life. As evening falls, the hot tub beside the pool offers a serene spot to sip champagne under the starlit sky.
The waters just in front of the villa are home to vibrant coral reefs, making it an excellent spot for swimming and snorkeling. For surfing, head to the far end of Lorient Beach. If you’re looking to explore further, the breathtaking beaches of St. Jean and Marigot Bay are just a five-minute drive away.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
Please note – this villa requires a $6,000 security deposit, which is refundable after departure. A $4,000 party fee is also required.
