Villa Pyramide, (villa code: WV PYR) is a magnificent, modern 3-bedroom villa. It is a single-story home with soaring 17' ceilings and is constructed with concrete.
The villa features 180-degree unobstructed westerly views spanning from Lorient Bay to St Martin, and guests can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets over the Caribbean Sea.
The front of the house has private parking for 5 cars and faces east where the sun rises over the Atlantic. The villa offers seating and sunbathing areas on the half-acre grounds which are completely private from neighbors as well as a palm garden and lily ponds framed by hibiscus hedges.
The spacious, fully air-conditioned salon and separate dining area open to the stainless steel chef's kitchen which is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, double fridge/freezer with ice maker, and two dishwashers. For coffee lovers, there are also a Nespresso machine, drip filter, and Italian pressure coffee makers. The air-conditioned TV room is equipped with a 70" flat screen TV with surround sound connected to a ‘Dish’ satellite system.
On the main level of the villa, there are two air-conditioned master bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms with showers, private terraces, king-sized beds, flat-screen satellite TV, and independent music systems.
The third bedroom is also air-conditioned and offers an ensuite bathroom, an additional completely private terrace, a flat-screen satellite TV, and an independent music system. This bedroom is smaller than the 2 master bedrooms and is located on the lower level, off the garden.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
