Fully air-conditioned, the villa’s expansive great room seamlessly combines the living area and kitchen, flowing effortlessly onto a covered terrace. Plush sofas invite relaxation in the living space, which also features an entertainment center for cozy nights in. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped for any culinary endeavor, whether preparing a simple meal or experimenting with local flavors. For added convenience, the concierge can arrange grocery delivery or a private chef for special occasions.
A breakfast bar in the kitchen provides the perfect spot for morning pastries and coffee before stepping outside for a refreshing dip in the pool. For more formal meals, a dining table on the covered terrace offers a scenic setting to enjoy delicious island cuisine.
Villa Santa Alicia’s three bedrooms are designed for luxury and tranquility, each featuring a striking accent wall that enhances its modern character. The master bedroom, connected to the living room, enjoys sweeping views of the hills and Flamands Beach. The second bedroom is housed in a separate bungalow at the far end of the pool, while the third is tucked away on a lower level beneath the second bedroom. Each suite is outfitted with a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower and double vanity.
Outside, the villa’s terrace is a dreamlike retreat. Sun loungers border the inviting swimming pool, offering a serene space to soak up the sun between dips. The panoramic ocean views are truly mesmerizing. For evenings under the stars, a cozy lounge area on the covered terrace is the perfect spot for sunset cocktails and entertaining guests.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
