Welcome to Villa Santa Alicia, a modern 3-bedroom villa in Flamands, St. Barth. This island home enjoys stunning ocean views and tropical breezes, a short drive to the beach, and a 5-minute drive from shopping and the nearest town.
Although Villa Santa Alicia is contemporary in its design, the home feels grounded in its natural setting. There’s a strong focus on organic materials in the villa, and the pared-back décor inside lets the sweeping views do all the talking. Luxurious furnishings provide all the creature comforts you could want, completing this intimate, elegant island home.
Near-constant tropical breezes wash through the home, carried up from the bay below. Nearby, shops and restaurants in St. Jean and Gustavia offer a taste of the cosmopolitan St. Barth lifestyle.
The fully air-conditioned Villa Santa Alicia has a large, open great room, where your group can gather to enjoy the expansive views. This space combines the living area and kitchen into one and leads out to the covered terrace.
In the living room, there are sofas for relaxing, and a well-equipped entertainment center for those nights you’d prefer to stay inside and put your feet up.
Behind the living room is Villa Santa Alicia’s modern kitchen. It has everything you’ll need to prepare meals during your stay, whether it’s an easy family favorite or you’re experimenting with the local ingredients. Our concierge is also happy to organize a grocery delivery, or for a special occasion, a private chef.
The breakfast bar faces into the kitchen, a great spot for fresh pastries and coffee in the morning before diving into the pool outside. Formal meals can be held at the dining table on the covered terrace.
The 3 bedrooms at Villa Santa Alicia are luxurious spaces, each with a bold feature wall that enhances their modern character.
The master bedroom is the star of the show, connected to the living room and featuring views over the hills and beach below. The second bedroom is in a separate bungalow, located at the other end of the swimming pool. The third room is on a lower level below the second bedroom.
All three bedrooms enjoy a king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower and a double vanity.
Villa Santa Alicia’s living room flows onto the outdoor terrace, a dreamy location to enjoy some time in the sun. Some loungers frame the swimming pool, letting you sunbathe between dips in the water. The views from the water are incredible.
The terrace is also a great place to entertain guests, with a cozy lounge area on the covered terrace for sunset cocktails.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
