Villa Sax is a modern and fully air-conditioned 3-bedroom villa just a stone's throw from Nikki Beach.
Situated in the heart of St. Jean, just above the main road, Villa Sax is close to all the action. With Nikki Beach across the street, shops, restaurants, and Eden Rock all within minutes a car is rarely needed. And yet it is surprisingly calm at the villa. When the doors are closed with the air conditioning running road noise becomes barely audible.
The main floor is above the parking area with a cozy terrace and pool that compliments the colors of the bay beyond. The bright open living space has plenty of seating with the dining area and the modern, fully-equipped kitchen in the back.
The three bedrooms are on the main floor. On one side of the main living space is the master bedroom which offers a U.S. king-size bed, a large dressing area, and an en suite bathroom with shower. On the other side of the living room is a smaller guest room with a European king-size bed and en suite bathroom. This room connects with the second master bedroom and has a European king-size bed, small desk, and en suite bathroom and overlooks the Eden Rock from the far corner. All bedrooms have French satellite TV.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
