The striking 2 bedroom Villa Shell Beach is named for its proximity to one of St. Barth’s most popular spots to sun, swim, and dine – Shell Beach. This primo location means it’s less than a 5-minute stroll to Gustavia and is next door to the 5-star hotel Carl Gustaf. The island’s little capital is brimming with restaurants, boutiques, and lively bars and is great for people-watching too.
Compact, chic, and contemporary in design and décor, this delightful villa is laid out for easy living and leverages postcard views of the iconic harbor. The sunsets here are spectacular.
An open floor plan, which includes an air-conditioned living room and kitchen as well as a guest bath, opens to an expansive pool deck furnished for outdoor living. The two air-conditioned (French king) bedrooms (screens and ceiling fans are a nice option) are located on either side of the villa. Both have sea views and en suite baths featuring double sinks and walk-in showers. One has an outdoor shower, too.
