Villa Solymar is a modern 5-bedroom retreat located in Marigot, offering stunning east-facing views of Marigot Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.
Perched at the entrance of Marigot atop a hill off Camaruche Road, this architecturally striking villa, designed by François Pécard, boasts an elegant collection of furnishings from Christian Liaigre's design studio. The property spans three levels, with an atrium that starts at the parking level and extends through lush gardens, blending seamlessly with the green hills and ocean beyond.
The main level features an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen that flow out to the terrace and pool. This space is both grand and inviting, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or entertaining. The heated infinity pool, surrounded by natural greenery and rock formations, evokes the charm of a tranquil pond. A separate bungalow below the pool area houses a small fitness room that doubles as a massage space.
The fully-equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining area, which is anchored by an oversized wooden table. A media room provides a cozy spot for movie nights or quiet reading. The primary bedroom, located on the main level, features a European king-sized bed, a dressing area, a TV, and a spacious en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
The remaining bedrooms are situated on the lower level. Most have semi-private terraces with similar breathtaking views. One bedroom, ideal for children or teens, offers two twin beds, while the other three are furnished with European king-sized beds, en suite bathrooms, and TVs.
Please note that during Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa is rented at its full occupancy rate, regardless of the number of bedrooms utilized.
