Villa St. Jean Lataniers is a 3-bedroom villa located in St.
Jean within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa offers a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding landscape.
The living room has comfortable sofas with beige cushions and opens to a dining area with a wooden table and bench seats. A breakfast bar separates the well-equipped kitchen from the living room.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and opens to a terrace with ocean view. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and shares its bathroom with the third bedroom, which has twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king-size bed.
Lush, tropical gardens and trees surround the property, which is frequently visited by peacocks. A covered terrace with white tiles offers an outdoor dining area and hammock, which is ideal for naps or reading outside.
Loungers surround the infinity pool with steps which has steps allowing you to ease into the refreshing water. The house also has air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, high-speed Internet, a gas grill, and satellite TV.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children. Pets are permitted with a security deposit.
