Villa Tainos is a 4-bedroom villa in Pointe Milou. It's a superb property with exceptional, contemporary architecture and stunning views of both Lorient and Saint Jean Bays. While the main rooms of the house are completely open, spacious, and light, Villa Tainos offers guests total privacy.
There is a living room, a dining area, a gourmet, open-plan kitchen, and all the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, two of which have access to their own massage/relaxation area.
The building materials were chosen with particular care. The floor is tiled with Cascais, a Portuguese marble; the pool and spa floors are made from Bisazza, a molten glass from Italy; the bathroom and kitchen fixtures are made of chromium steel; and the electrical systems are managed by a centralized Lutron remote control.
All three bedrooms have plasma screen televisions. Special attention has also been paid to the decoration which is modern and minimalist.
A terrace runs the full length of the house and borders the large swimming pool and spa. The panoramic view over the ocean, the striking architecture, the large pool, and the comfortable furniture make the house a perfect setting for an idyllic vacation.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
