Appropriately named "The View", this villa leverages its prime Colombier hillside location and boasts a panoramic view of neighboring islands and Gustavia’s picture-postcard harbor - with the added bonus of spectacular winter sunsets! The View’s beauty is heightened by its own gentle soundtrack from the property’s contemporary stone waterfall.

This luxurious four bedroom villa - an architectural tour-de-force - is equal to its setting; its expansive outdoor spaces feature a heated infinity pool that appears to spill into the indigo blue ocean. Indoors, spacious living areas are furnished and decorated in a chic contemporary style with a South American flair. A sleek amenity-laden kitchen includes a wine cave and is adjacent to a dining area, which opens to an alfresco dining terrace.

This main level includes two French king bedrooms that are serene retreats. Spacious en suite baths feature double sinks and big showers, and open to the terrace and the view. A secluded lower-level cottage houses a studio with a French king bedroom that has a sumptuous en suite bath and a dressing room.

There is a sitting area with a TV, a little office, and a private terrace with a Jacuzzi - and of course, a sensational view. The fourth en suite French king bedroom is privately located on the right-hand side of the lower level and offers the same amenities as well as a large bath and a lovely view.
