Villa Thelma is a stunning, newly-built 4-bedroom retreat perched high in the hills above Marigot Bay, offering breathtaking views and top-notch amenities. Designed to make the most of its spectacular surroundings, this villa is perfect for soaking in the panoramic views and all-day sunshine.
The expansive deck is a highlight, offering multiple seating areas, including a spacious outdoor lounge and sundeck below the heated infinity pool. The dining table, located just outside the living room, is covered by an adjustable awning—perfect for dining under the stars or in the shade during sunny afternoons.
The villa’s main room is vast, with a beautiful hardwood ceiling and exposed joists that enhance the open feel of the space. It includes a dining area and a comfortable seating zone centered around an entertainment system.
A breakfast bar separates the living room from the fully-equipped kitchen, which extends behind the living area. The kitchen’s glass ceiling floods the room with natural light, brightening the entire space.
The primary master bedroom, located just outside the living room in an open pavilion, features the same hardwood ceiling and floors as the main room. This bedroom includes a European king-sized bed, a spacious dressing area, and an en suite bathroom with a large shower that opens to a private garden, complete with an additional outdoor shower.
The second master bedroom is situated in a separate pavilion in front of the primary, offering a similar design but with a slightly smaller space and no outdoor shower. It also features a European king-sized bed and an oversized bathroom with a dressing area and shower.
The villa’s lower level houses two additional bedrooms, a large garage, a fitness area, and a home cinema. Accessed by an open glass staircase or via elevator, the third and fourth bedrooms mirror each other, both featuring European king-sized beds, large bathrooms with dressing areas, and private terraces with outdoor seating.
All bedrooms are equipped with U.S. satellite TV, Apple TV with Netflix, and a villa-wide Sonos sound system, ensuring comfort and entertainment throughout your stay.
