The main living area is open and airy, combining a comfortable living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen. The living room features plush sofas and a TV with U.S. and French satellite channels.
For intimate dinners, there’s a small dining table with barstool seating for four. Guests can also enjoy alfresco dining at the outdoor dining table on the covered terrace, which offers beautiful views over Gustavia.
Villa Ti Moun has three elegant bedrooms, each equipped with a king-sized bed and air-conditioning. However, if you prefer the natural island breezes, the screened windows provide a lovely alternative. Each bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom featuring luxurious travertine tiles and rainfall showers. The first two bedrooms are on the main level and offer private, furnished terraces with ocean views. The third bedroom is on the lower level, ideal for teenagers or a nanny, and features an en suite bathroom, a private seating area, and a small garden with ocean views.
The living room opens to a two-level terrace, providing ample space for both sun and shade. The covered area is equipped with stylish chaise loungers, perfect for relaxing. There is also a small, air-conditioned fitness room next to the third bedroom, offering views of Gustavia and St. Martin. During Thanksgiving and the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of the number of bedrooms used.
