Welcome to Villa Up Side, a stylish 3-bedroom retreat situated in Pointe Milou, just minutes from the beach and shopping. Perched on the hillside above the Christopher Hotel, this villa offers breathtaking views over Lorient Bay and the nearby islands of Île Toc Vers, Île Fregate, and Île Bonhomme. 

Recently-renovated, Villa Up Side masterfully blends modern indoor and outdoor living spaces. The interior is sleek and contemporary, featuring vaulted ceilings, earthy hues, and vibrant furnishings. 

Step outside to soak in the stunning Caribbean vistas and the bays of St. Barth. The villa is conveniently located, with Lorient and Marigot beaches just a short drive away, and upscale shops and dining in St-Jean a quick 10-minute car ride. Additionally, the Christopher Hotel's pool club, restaurant, and spa are within walking distance. 

Upon entering Villa Up Side, you'll find a spacious great room encompassing the living area, dining space, and kitchen. The living room is designed for relaxation with comfy seating that faces the pool and ocean, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, reading, or socializing. 

The well-equipped kitchen opens to the pool area and features a breakfast bar for 4. It includes everything needed to prepare meals, with options for grocery pre-stocking, delivery, catered meals, or private chef services arranged by our concierge for special occasions. The dining table seats 8, ideal for evening meals or late-night card games. 

The villa includes 3 bedrooms. The master suite, located on the main level, features a king-sized bed, a spacious en suite bathroom, and direct access to the terrace. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms offer ocean views and private en suites; both come with king-size beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV for evening entertainment. 

The centerpiece of the outdoor space is the infinity-edge pool, which seems to float above the ocean. Lounge chairs and sunbeds provide perfect spots for sunbathing and enjoying the view. The deck wraps around the villa, including a lounge area near the kitchen and a gas grill for island-style barbecues. 

Enjoy grilling fresh fish while watching the sunset over the tropical hills of St. Barts. For beach days, Lorient Bay Beach is a 5-minute drive away, with golden sand and turquoise waters ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and snorkeling. Alternatively, Marigot Bay Beach offers a quieter retreat, just 5 minutes in the other direction. 

Villa Up Side offers thoughtful amenities including U.S. satellite TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Nespresso coffee machine, and an iPod docking station. Beach chairs and towels are provided for your convenience. 

St. Jean's shopping, groceries, and dining are 10 minutes away, while Gustavia is a 20-minute drive. Please note that during the December holidays, the villa is rented at full occupancy rates regardless of the number of bedrooms used.
