Villa Veronika is a 3-bedroom villa located in Camaruche within minutes of several beaches and shopping. This hillside villa offers a beautiful view of Lorient Bay and breathtaking sunsets year-round.
Decorated in a refined Balinese style, the antique furniture was collected from around the world. The spacious living room, which is furnished with a large sectional sofa and jukebox opens onto the pool terrace and views. At the back of the living area is a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table that seats 8 guests. A second dining area is located on the covered terrace and offers a nice view.
The air-conditioned master bedroom connects to the living room and has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. The other 2 air-conditioned bedrooms are located in separate, independent cottages and have en suite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms has a king-size bed, while the other bedroom has a queen-size bed.
Several lounge areas are located on the multi-leveled deck, making this an ideal spot for either sunbathing or reading near the infinity pool. The house also has WiFi, a gas barbecue, an outdoor shower, a gated entry, and U.S. and French satellite TV. Road noise can be heard at this property.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa does not allow pets, and requires a security deposit of $3,000.
