Welcome to Villa View Point, a sleek 4-bedroom retreat nestled in the hills of Lorient, St. Barth. Perched above the bay, this modern villa offers panoramic views of the ocean and the offshore islands of Île Toc Vers, Île Frégate, and Île Bonhomme. 

Villa View Point is designed for sophisticated island living, with airy, open-plan spaces that seamlessly connect indoors with the outdoors. The minimalist décor and thoughtful design enhance the breathtaking views and create a serene, stylish ambiance. 

Just a short drive downhill, you’ll find Lorient Beach, known for its surfers and vibrant water activity. The village offers a selection of grocery stores, a bakery, and the popular JoJo Burger. For a wider array of dining and shopping options, St. Jean is a quick 5-minute drive away. 

The villa’s expansive main room features a living area, dining table, and kitchen. With one side opening fully to the outdoor terrace, the space is bathed in the gentle island breeze. The living room is highlighted by a soft corner sofa, perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying the panoramic sea views. An entertainment unit with a dual TV setup allows for flexible viewing, though the real attraction is the stunning horizon outside. 

The modern, well-equipped kitchen at Villa View Point is ready for any culinary endeavor. To make your stay even more enjoyable, our concierge can arrange grocery pre-stocking, delivery, catered meals, or a private chef. The elegant dining table, set with rustic mismatched chairs, comfortably seats 8 and is perfect for hosting dinner parties. 

Each of the 4 bedrooms at Villa View Point is designed to showcase the spectacular views. The first bedroom is located in a separate bungalow near the entrance and features a dressing room and an en suite bathroom with a shower that enjoys incredible vistas. The second and third bedrooms, accessed via a hallway behind the living room, both include en suites and dressing rooms. The third bedroom also has its own private terrace. On the lower floor, the spacious fourth bedroom suite offers a large terrace, an indoor seating area, and a generous dressing area with an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms are outfitted with plush European king-sized beds. 

The villa’s deck extends the length of the property and includes various areas to relax and enjoy the views. The infinity pool appears to merge with the horizon, offering uninterrupted vistas over Lorient. An in-water bench seat allows you to sunbathe while staying cool, and loungers with parasols line the pool area. 

A cozy lounge space adjacent to the pool is perfect for hosting cocktail parties, with breathtaking sunsets over the rugged coastline and shimmering bays providing a memorable backdrop. When you’re ready for the beach, Lorient Bay is just minutes away, offering both surfing on the left side and calm swimming and snorkeling on the right. Additional beaches at St. Jean and Marigot Bay are also a short drive away.

Villa View Point features high-speed Wi-Fi, a gas grill, a fitness room, and both U.S. and French satellite TV channels. The thoughtful design and attention to detail ensure an exceptional stay.
