Villa Milonga, (villa code: WV MLA), is a 4-bedroom villa located in Marigot within minutes of 2 beaches. This hillside villa offers panoramic views of the bay.
The villa recently underwent a nice renovation with very modern updates. The large open living room and dining space overlooks the pool and the views and offers U.S. satellite and Apple TV. A large, modern kitchen opens to an indoor dining area and includes a nice island with seating.
The living area opens to an outdoor dining area under a covered terrace with a newly added integrated Jacuzzi and located down a few steps is the pool.
The master bedroom is located off the living room and has extra seating, a TV with U.S. satellite and AppleTV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. In a separate bungalow next to the pool are two additional bedrooms that connect to each other. One of the bedrooms has a king bed, TV with U.S. satellite and AppleTV, and an en suite bathroom with shower. The other room has a king bed, an AppleTV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level, and has a little private terrace, a king-sized bed, AppleTV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
