Even on this island known for its glamorous and luxurious homes, Villa Vitti turns heads. Villa Vitti is the perfect venue. An enormous (39 x 16 ft) heated infinity pool on the main level is the focal point of the villa’s expansive outdoor living and dining areas. Vitti is artfully situated above Shell Beach and the breathtaking views encompass neighboring islands Statia, St. Kitts and the beach’s moored yachts. The sunsets here are exceptional. There is a 100-step staircase that leads down to Shell Beach; the climb back up will provide guests some challenging exercise! An outdoor water mist cooling system ups the comfort and enjoyment level and a rear terrace provides a haven for shade-seekers.
Indoor spaces include a glass-enclosed living room and dining area and a high-tech chef’s kitchen that can be closed off for privacy - fitted out with Gaggenau appliances - including one that can chill a bottle of Champagne in 10 minutes! Vitti offers all the latest in technology.
Sleeping accommodations include five bedrooms with baths en suite. Two are on the main level with terraces and the option of connecting, and three are on the lower level (Note the 5th bedroom is smaller.) All are beautifully decorated in modern style and a soothing palette of grays and whites - and boast ocean views; baths are well-appointed with rain showers and bidets.
There is a guest bath on the main level and a fully equipped air-conditioned fitness room on the lower level. Guests enjoy the very private Lurin location and the proximity to Gustavia’s shops and restaurants.
